Video update: May 2024

As we move through the process of first fix MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing works), there has been a lot of change in ensuring heat, power and water can be supplied and managed effectively once the building is finished and in use. Walls and flooring are being developed and we are edging closer to the finished product. In this video, Senior Project Manager Mark Maffey talks us through updates to the building exterior, the interior duct and pipe work and the air handling units installed on the roof.
